T-Ball Opening Ceremonies

Sorry I am so behind in keeping everyone updated but things have been crazy with doing soccer and T-Ball at the same time. Last weekend they had the opening ceremonies for Evan's T-ball team. I was so proud of them all . They did a great job!!! Here are some pictures of the Little man and his Little League T-ball team.
He looks so handsome in his uniform and so tiny. I think he is the smallest and youngest one on the team.

Mommy and Evan at the Field waiting to get pictures taken. It was a beautiful day!!!

I thought this was the sweetest moment, they all took their hats off and placed them on their hearts when the National Anthem came on. Evan is the one standing by the coach.

Easter at our House

It was a pretty busy Easter day here.. The morning began with Evan finding a trail of eggs to his Easter Basket. He was pretty surprised when he saw his Basket. We did do a Easter egg hunt but because it was only me to record and take pictures, I decided to record it on the big video player so Josh will be able to see when he gets back. The day was followed by church, Easter Brunch, and a Birthday Party. Here are some pictures from our Day .

My Special Moment.

After a long busy day for both Evan and I, I walked into his room to put away some laundry. This is what made me stop and think that even though deployments are hard for us, the Mommy, they are hard on the little ones as well . It has been a hard last couple of days with lots of testing, but this moment somehow makes it all okay. I am so grateful for this Daddy doll. I am so grateful for my family!!! Happy Easter.

Easter Treats

Evan's class this year really wanted to focus on the Resurrection of Christ rather then Easter eggs and Easter bunny. So here is what I decided to make for treats for his class. It was the first time that I made these but they were really very simple. I bought some cross trays from Hobby Lobby and milk chocolate wafers and here is how they turned out.

I love all the Easter color lollipop sticks

I bought the stamp and tags at Hobby Lobby and voila!!! All the kids loved them and Evan really enjoyed passing them out to all his friends. Have a Blessed Easter Everyone.

Thursday's Bible Verse

Every Friday Evan's Pre-K class has to recite the Bible verse that they practice all week. If they get it right they get to pick from the treasure box. I guess this week he will get to pick.!!!!!! Seeing they do not have school on Friday , I will post it today instead.
