The Big 5

I can't believe that my little baby that was born 5 years ago is now turning five. Where has the time gone??? To celebrate his big day, we decided to have a Toy Story 3 birthday party. What could be more perfect because the movie was released on June 18th,2010. We celebrated by taking 15 kids to see the movie then cake followed at Burger king. To go with the theme of a movie birthday we sent out this cute movie ticket invite.

Movie sign at the theatre. I took lots of pictures but for some reason they came out way to dark.

On Evan's special day, he woke up to this Happy Birthday sign.

Planning a party away from home was a little difficult especially in 100 degree weather. I decided to go with balloons that I could blow up the night before and take with me. We attached them to a balloon stick and gave one to each child at the end of the party. They had to sit in the car for 3 hrs will we took everyone to see the movie. We live in a small town so the Movie Theater was not use to hosting parties . They had no party room so it made taking balloons and cake very difficult.

I made a little sign that said done with 4 and unto 5. I covered a glass vase with some Toy Story wrapping paper.

The water bottles I covered with the same paper and put a sticker of each different character.

I had these cute little Chocolate Bar covers made, that wrapped around Hershey chocolate bars.

The kids loved these!!!!

Back of water Bottle

I made these cute napkin holders with the number 5 to celebrate Evan's age, of course he said " Mom, it is not a Toy Story 5 party, it's a Toy Story 3 party"

I love all these cowboy serving trays that I found at Hobby Lobby

All the stuff that we had to take with us !!!

Seeing that it was summer we decided to go with beach pales for the treat bags. So cute and were only $ 1.00 at walmart.

We filled it with many Toy Story treasures. Which were easy to find because the movie was about to be released.

The finished product.

I ordered these cute little Thank you stickers off of Etsy and cut 3 inch circles to paste them on.

I put each Child's name on the back to make it a little more personable.

When Evan awoke birthday morning he woke up to this.

The Toy Story cake. I ordered the cake figures from Amazon and let Evan put the figures on the cake. I was so surprised to get all the new characters and they were a hit with the kids.

Opening presents.

Cutting the cake

I thought he did a great job decorating the cake.

Make a wish!!!

At the end of the day!!! Happy Birthday my sweet boy.

Ready for a nap after a long day!!!!
